Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at TILALHNA LIMITED. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently operate and ship exclusively within the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping at this time.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

All shipping costs are calculated based on the total value or weight of your order and will be displayed clearly at checkout.

Standard Delivery

Cost: £3.99 (or FREE on all orders over £50)

Delivery Time: 2 to 4 working days

Service: Handled by reliable UK courier services (e.g., Royal Mail, Evri, or DPD).

Express Delivery (Next Working Day)

Cost: £6.99

Delivery Time: Next working day (for orders placed before 1:00 PM Monday to Thursday).

Note: Orders placed on Friday before 1:00 PM will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.

2. Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days.

• Orders are not processed, dispatched, or delivered on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.

• Please note: Bulk or customized orders (such as large equipment sets or team kits requested for customization) may require an additional 2–3 working days for processing. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours, allowing you to follow your kit straight to your door.

4. Delivery Addresses & PO Boxes

• Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

• We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and local sports facilities/clubhouses across the UK.

• We do not ship to PO Boxes.

5. Damages & Missing Items

 TILALHNA LIMITED is liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.

• If you receive your order and the packaging is severely damaged, please take photos before opening it.

• If your item arrives damaged or your tracking states "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our support team at tilalhnalimited@outlook.com within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery time. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
